Structural features.
– The furnace body is similar to a tower, and the furnace is relatively high. This structure provides enough space for aluminum to melt in the furnace, and the heat distribution is relatively uniform. There is a special feeding system in the furnace. Aluminum is added from the top and gradually descends by its own gravity. It is heated and melted during the descent. The furnace is divided into a melting zone and a heat preservation zone, which is highly integrated and can melt and keep the aluminum liquid warm at the same time. The maximum capacity is 5 tons.
Working principle.
– The combustion heat of fuel (such as natural gas, coal gas) is the main heat source. After the burner sprays the fuel into the furnace, the flame directly heats the aluminum material. Heat exchange is mainly carried out through radiation and convection, and the high-temperature flame and exhaust gas transfer heat to the aluminum until the aluminum melts.
Advantages – High melting efficiency: Reasonable furnace structure ensures that the aluminum fully absorbs heat, thereby achieving rapid melting. – Accurate temperature control: Advanced temperature control system can control the furnace temperature more accurately, which is very important to ensure the quality of aluminum liquid.
– High degree of automation: Many tower aluminum melting furnaces realize automatic loading, temperature control and other operations, which not only saves manpower but also improves the stability of the production process.
