Başarılı olmak için maddi imkânlar, nitelik sahibi insanlar, güçlü bir lider yönetici ve şans gereklidir ama takım üyelerini birbirine bağlayacak bir “amaç birliği” yoksa başarılı olmak mümkün değildir. O ekip bir amaç ugruna sürekli vakit harcıyorsa bir bütünlük var demektir. Bir şirketin satış hedefi ya da bir takımın ligi birinci sırada bitirme hedefi bir “amaç” değildir. Hedefe ulaşmak, bir Amaç ise bir insanın veya bir ekibin bir hedefe ulaşmasının arkasında yatan nedenle ilintilidir. Amaç, insanın inançları ve değerleriyle ilgilidir. Hedefler ölçülebilir ama amaç ölçülemez.Ekip bir bütün olursa başarı doğar ve süreklilik kazanır.Biz aşçılar da ekip ruhu ciddi anlamda önemlidir. Herkes birbirine bağlıdır bir bölüm aksadığı zaman tüm birimlerde sıkıntı olur.
Ben bu mesleğe çok ufak yaştan başladım ve başarmak = inanmak eğer bunu yaparsanız ekip olarak başarılı olursunuz.Günün büyük bölümünü ekip arkadaşlarınızla geçiriyorsunuz onlarla artık bir aile gibi oluyorsunuz ve bütün dertlerinizi sıkıntılarınızı onlarla paylaşıyorsunuz.Sizi her zaman aileniz kadar onlarda destekler katıldığım yarışmalarda çalıştığım iş yerindeki ustalarımdan hep destek gördüm.Gece gündüz demeden yüzlerce bi yemeğin demo çalışmasını yaptık isteseler uğraşmazlardı ama biz bir ekip olduğumuz için elinden gelen bütün destekleri sağladılar ,yarışma günlerinde benim pozisyonumu doldurarak eksikliğimi hiç bir şekilde aratmadılar.
Ekip olmak ve ekip ruhu tamda bu işte bir kelepçe gibi veya bir sarmaşık gibi bütünleşmek eğer bunu yakalarsanız altından kalkamayacağınız bir iş yoktur.Ekip ruhu, insanların EGO’larını arka plana atarak takımın başarısı için mücadele etmesiyle elde etmesiyle başlat. Takım üyelerinin, aynı zamanda hem birey olmaları hem de takımlarıyla tek vücut olmaları gerekir. Ekip olmak demek, aynı değerleri paylaşıp ortak bir hedefe kilitlenmek demektir.

It is not possible to succeed if you do not have a "purpose union" to connect the team members, but the financial opportunities, the people who are qualified, the strong leader and the chance to succeed. If that team spends a lot of time on purpose, then there's integrity. The goal of a company's sales target or a team to finish the first place in the league is not a "goal". Achieving the goal is the reason why a person or a team is behind reaching a goal. The goal is to relate to the beliefs and values of man. Targets can be measured, but the goal is immeasurable. If the team is a whole, success arises and continuity wins. We cooks are important in serious terms of team spirit. Everyone is connected to each other when a division disrupts, all units are troubled.
I started this profession very little age and achieve = believe that if you do this you will succeed as a team. You spend most of the day teaming up with your teammates, and now you're like a family, and you share all your troubles with them. I have always seen support from my masters at the workplace where I work in competitions as much as your family. They wouldn't bother if they wanted to do a demo of hundreds of meals without saying day and night, but because we were a team, they provided all the support they could, filling my position in the days of the competition, never looking for my shortcoming.
Being a team and team spirit is like a clamp in this business or a vine, and if you catch this, there's nothing you can't handle. Team spirit starts by putting people's egos in the background, fighting for the team's success. Team members are also required to be individuals, and they must be one body with their team. Being a team means sharing the same values and locking on to a common goal.
