F*ck Poloniex!

Just that.. its clunky and slow anytime good moves happen.

Any suggestion on where I should go for trades?

    You have to use bittrex. Even though the volume is smaller, I have never had a problem with that exchange. Everywhere I hear the problems that pole has. Good luck my friend!
