This apartment complex is the lowest quality apartment complex available in Redmond, WA. Many of the residents work at nearby DigiPen or other video game industries. You will see broken down cars, moisture problems, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, black mold, and lead based paint through out all of the buildings.
