The main difference is this: those who would advocate the end of humanity are invested via the human ego mind in technology (external). This is science corrupted by human ego choosing a mechanical version of humans with our mind reduced to 0's and 1's like a computer. Versus those who know we ALREADY possess the 'technology' required to live forever via our own 5th dimensional Unity/Christed Consciousness within each of us. So basically it's machines vs the natural expansion into Oneness process via our Consciousness. The second one takes practice in self mastery.
