Angekommen in Venedig parkten wir unser Auto direkt am Hafen im Parkhaus Maestre. Von dort sind wir mit der direkten Bahn eine Station gefahren.
Arrived in Venice, we‘ve leaved our car in the parking house at Maestre directly in on the port. From there we took the train for one stop.
In Venedig leben ca. 56.000 Menschen und dazu kommen noch ungefähr doppelt so viel Touristen dazu.
Die typischen Gondolieri und Gondele gehören zu Venedig.
About 56,000 people live in Venice and in addition there are about twice as many tourists. The typical gondolieri and gondola belong to Venice.
Am Morgen bevor die Kreuzfahrtschiffe mit tausenden von Touristen anlegen, kann man noch so etwas wie das echte Leben spüren.
The morning before the cruise ships dock with thousands of tourists, you can still feel something like real life.
Wer Einblicke in das übrige authentische Leben machen möchte, würde ich unbedingt die Nebensaison empfehlen.
If you want to get an insight into the rest of the authentic life, I would definitely recommend the low season.
