Day 11 is mostly about Hooker Valley! The route to Hooker Lake is relatively flat. While it takes about 1.5 hour to get to the end of the route and another 1.5 hour back. Trust me, its all worth it. The path is very family friendly and the best of all, the scenery and landscape changes every 10mins as you progress. So its never a boring sight!
Mount Cook in the distance.
Almost a 9 months after the previous winter, yet the ice has never really melted.
I lived in New Zealand for several years, unfortunately I had never travelled to Hooker Valley and Mt. Cook. What an incredible view!! :)
