So last night we went to El Tapatio for the first time for date night. We got there before the rush which was a good thing because this place can get quite crowded. They told us about the house special which were pineapple fajitas. I have never had pineapple fajitas before, but dang they were good. It came to the table in a half pineapple shell we had beef and chicken it was also served with rice refried beans sour cream and guacamole. With the choice of flour or corn tortillas.
We each had 2 or 3 and decided to save room for fried ice cream which was a good choice because it was fantastic.
There was enough to feed 4 so next time we will probably set up a double date.
