I went to Valparaiso and drove around the hills and small roads. Most artistic place i ever visited. 
Go have brunch at some of the small cafes, and take a walk around the small streets. You can also take a trip to the bigger Beach town Vina del Mar.
I recommend trying out the smaller town of Algarobbo though. Not as touristic as Vina del Mar.
