We had the pleasure of going to an amazing cottage north of Montreal in the Mont Tremblant area. Our friend was taking care of a family member's cottage and took us with him. We were quite surprised to see that it was not the kind of cottage that we had imagined before we got there.
This was much larger and more intriguing than we ever imagined. The theme of it's design was 60's. The furniture was purple and orange and was designed by the same designer that did the furniture for 2001 Space Odyessy .
It resemble a space ship and was set in the 60's right down to the purple and orange decor throughout the house.
If that wasn't cool enough, we had the pleasure of touring the surroundings which was laced with flowers, enchanting trails
green moss, waterfalls and a family of otters which disappeared before we could take a photo.
This was a beautiful day that we wanted to last a lifetime
We ended our evening in front of the fireplace wishing the night would never end
