There are many Fireworks Festival around Japan between middle of July and Middle of August mostly.
You should watch the Festival,If you will plan to go to Japan during the period.

Also You wil be able to watch the festival from some Hotels near Narita Station. Narita Fireworks Festival is going to be held on 14th October 2017.
It starts at 19:00.
