Gorgeous Wellington #7 | Best kept secret, Waihinahina Park

I have been living in Paparangi (one of the Wellington northern suburbs) for the past 7 years and did not know that there is a hidden gem (a park) until recently I saw someone posted a stunning photo on Facebook. The park is just 5 minutes drive from my house and is hiding (that is right, there is no clear signboard to get there) in between Newlands and Woodridge suburbs.

This park offers magnificent of Wellington harbour view and has a beautiful track around the park. This area is a photographer dream so bring your camera if you are going there.

Jog🏃, cycle 🚴 or walk a dog🐶, your choice! 😄

Somes island and Wellington harbour are clearly visible on a good day.
