Hello
Pune is a city in the state of Maharashtra in India. It is a growing metropolitan city that is still green and beautiful. There is a lot to explore in this city and even after staying there for a reasonable amount of time, I still have much to explore of this place. The native language is Marathi and I am in love with this Marathi song; "Yag lagla" from the movie "Sairat".
This video is a look back to all the places I could visit during my time in Pune with my favourite Marathi song. The places covered in this video are:
- Singhagad fort
- Rajgad
- Khadakwasla dam
- Mahabhaleswar
- Malshej ghat
- Pimpalgaon joga dam
- Shivneri fort
- Lavasa
- MG road
and few eateries. The roads taken to these places are actually great and through villages. The sights from those villages were unique and special. At some places there were onions stacked up in grill cages made outside the houses and in the fields. There were wheat and other crops cultivated in these areas. Mango trees on the way to Lavasa is one of the few memories I will always love to remember.
If you are planning a trip to Pune then I highly recommend going there in or after the rains. All the places that look so dried up in the video becomes so beautiful and green. Most of those hill stations have water falls that continue to the road. There are a lot of experiences and moments I could not add to this video, I will try to put them up as small clips to get a glimpse of this place.
