Changes in the sky?

I love this planet and I know I've seen a lot of changes over the course of my life and I love nothing more than to go riding or take a relaxing walk to admire the beauty of our surroundings here in this world.

I cannot help but notice that clouds nowadays just don't quite look like they used to. I vividly remember running my mind across those clouds thinking sometimes they were cities in the sky, gazing in awe of their magnificence, but not so much now.

For the first time in 30 years new cloud types have been announced, which would make sense as to why I don't see many of those old ones I used to love.

I was wondering what's the name for this one and if the old ones might make a come back?
