1. Check-in
It was too early to arrive at the airport, and we waited for around 10 minutes for check-in's open. The staff performed high speed on processing check-in for business class while crowded people queued at the economy class line.

6. Overall review and return flight
It actually exceeded our expectations in regards to their welcome, their craft, their service and the quality of their food. Cabin crews were constantly up and down the aisles with coffee, tea, green tea and water.
On the return travel, we found Japan airline Lounge was super fancy at Narita airport. It is constructed as two levels with different kinds of food and beverage. The most significant point is that no crowded people.
