Even if you are facing away, this picture embodies your sexiness as well as a sense of calmness and tranquility. Amazing how a simple picture can elicit so many feelings and emotions. It is important to take the time off to breathe and relax. All is well.

It's nice to meditate on the beach which gives you more time by making your mind calmer and more focused. It can help you to overcome your stress and find some inner peace and balance.
