I just climbed a 4,000 mt volcano in Guatemala, took me around 8 hours with one night camping. How long did it take to hike this one mate? How tall is Mt. Fuji?

I am jealous, I am going to do a lot of Asia but unfortunately Japan is not on my list, too much money :/

Wow Sweet! I feel like Guatemala would be a nicer climb and scenery from the top...

The entire trip to, up, down and from Fuju...

  • Left from Chiba (far East of Tokyo Prefecture) and came home the next day in 24hours.

  • Climbed Approximately 3776 Meters, in 6ish-7 hours then went down the mountain. It should have taken way less time, however it was soooo crowded near the top that the last 800meters or so took over an hour (that part kinda sucked).

All in all glad to have done it.

Well I expect to see more of these stories on my feed! You better deliver hehehehe

Yes, Guatemala was beatiful, I even did two posts about climbign that volcano :D

I still have more Japan stories to share don't you worry.

I'll check out your volcano climb blog, it sounded interesting!
