I visited Toronto when I was attending a convention. Toronto is one of the cleanest cities I have seen. People there obviously have great pride in their area.

Depends on where you go my friend. To me Japan has the cleanest cites I've ever seen. People don't litter there like they do in Toronto!! And the Japanese appear to have way more pride for their communities than much of Toronto.
I won't say that it doesn't exist here tho, especially in certain areas!
