Great post again, Rea, and I can see from your photos that you discovered the crazy but incredible combination that is halloumi and watermelon (if my assumption of that white cheese is correct!)... something I very much enjoyed and would probably make an exception for in my veganism having seen the very different practices of the village dairy produce compared to the mass market dairy industry!
