Vienna - Photos - The municipal incinerator at Spittelau

This post is for people who like to discover new things.

If you think that Vienna is just about The Hapsburgs, The Riding School, and Schonbrunn Palace then read on, if you'd like a surprise.

Because, Steemians, I'd like to introduce to you the city incinerator for Vienna and the work of Friedensreich Hundertwasser.

Apparently there was a fire, in the wrong part of the incinerator, in 1989 and the architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser was commissioned to refurbish and redesign the entire plant, along with its chimney stack.

I think he did a lovely job
