Sunrise or Sunset... Difficult To Say | Digha Diaries#1

in travel •  7 years ago

Digha is a seaside Resort Town in the district of Purba Midnapore in the State of West Bengal. This is one of the most prominent sea resort in the State of West Bengal and one of the major tourist destination as well. There's a huge crowd visible here throughout the year. People of West Bengal prefer this place for certain reasons. Firstly, it's easily accessible by train, bus, Secondly, it's not very far from Kolkata, the biggest city in Eastern India and one of the topmost metropolitan cities of India. Thirdly, if your pocket is tight and your budget for a vacation is limited, then there's no better substitute than Digha

I'd been to Digha many times. The First time I went with my father, mother, aunt and aunty when I was in School. The second time I 'd gone to Digha with my friends when I was in my hometown back from Bangalore for a short leave. The third time I'd gone to Digha with my wife in the year 2010 and that particular trip was not at all a memorable one. We couldn't enjoy that trip and literally were confined in the Hotel Room as my wife got seriously ill. Our some belongings got stolen from the Hotel Room at the night when we were in deep sleep. My wife got a shock and couldn't control his grief and fell ill. I'll not go into that.

The fourth time I'd gone to Digha with my wife and daughter in the year of 2016 July. I had captured loads of pictures from my smartphone but, unfortunately, that phone got damaged and only these three following pictures I was able to recover with some tools.

Here I give you those pictures
