One of the pleasures of travelling is certainly discovering new flavors and food recipes...honestly I must admit I am a traveller self centered on food ! Generally I first spend some time in advance looking for nice restaurants, but often continue on the spot...Hopefully the person who is generally traveling with me shares the same values ;)
Thailand has been a taste shock for me and the food has played a key role in my attraction for asian food.
When you arrive in Bangkok, you can notice that food is everywhere in the streets. Thai people start selling food from early in the morning until late in the evening as this picture shows.
