Hello, dear Steemians
The other day at Sipplinger Berg
This weekend I had the opportunity to see where the water comes from.
We were signed up for a guided tour with a group of visitors.
But first we had a hearty snack.
A huge selection of sausage, jam, eggs, butter and cheese.
As a side dish there was a giant pretzel, a butter croissant and three slices of bread.

About 15,000 years old, 63 kilometers long, 14 kilometers wide, 536 square kilometers of water surface - Lake Constance is our largest drinking water reservoir.
The Rhine brings 360,000 liters of water per second from the Alps into Lake Constance.
We use 1% of this for drinking water supplies in Baden-Württemberg.
The water treatment plant is more than idyllically situated and supplies Tuttlingen, Reutlingen, Stuttgart, Pforzheim, Heilbronn up to the state border.
We also had the opportunity to take a look into the spring basin.
In the spring basin, the water of Lake Constance comes to the surface for the first time. The basin has a radius of 7 meters. The water depth is about 3 meters. The water output is impressive, when several thousand liters per second bubble to the surface.
