2. Mind tuning against air traffic
Are you afraid to fly? Perhaps Mind Tuning is something for you. Mind Tuning consists of mental coaching, usually by a recognized psychologist or psychotherapist. This form of flight therapy was developed by (self-appointed) flight expert Pieter Frijters. Incidentally, not everyone can talk about Mind Tuning and Pieter Frijters in general.
3. Flying training
Flying training in most cases involves relatively practical group therapy. If you're afraid to fly, this kind of fly-over victory might save you from your flight. Because you fly through training together with fellow students, you support each other and increase your chance of success.
4. Flight course
You can conquer fly by using a one-day or multi-day flight course. The content differs greatly per course, but the goal is always to conquer fly. Flying courses that are well-known include the FALK Air Force course, the Transavia Air Force course and the FearFighters Air Force course.

Many people can not imagine flying. Nevertheless, flying is frequent and is this phobia anything but strange. Flying is more real than fear for, for example, mice or dust.
