I received a monitor with damaged panel and Jing Dong replaced it.

I ordered a Samsung Curve monitor from Jindong.
Unfortunately, the panel was broken.
When I turned it on, the panel went out like the picture.

In China, where the pressure of language is severe for foreigners, I request the replacement from Jing Dong website.
Less than an hour after the application, I got a call from the Jing Dong and talked about the product problem and told me about the exchange process.

They told me that a shipping engineer and confirms the product and sends the product to the managerial department.
He told me that I can receive the new product within one week.

Actually, I gave the damaged goods at 9:00 am the next morning.
He checked to see whether all the accessories were in the box.
Checking was easy because he can easily check what parts of this product were in the box using their terminal.
Then he called the relevant department to report the problem and collected it.

They picked it up on Friday and thought it would take a long time to get a new product because it was a weekend.
However, I received the new product in three days.
