Hi guys!
Just wanted to share some pictures of the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. These were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004 (until the Taipei 101 in Taiwan took the crown), but they remain the world's tallest TWIN TOWERS :)
They were designed by the famous Argentinian architect Cesar Pelli, who is also responsible for the World Financial Center (now known as Brookfield Place) in New York City.
They've got a mall underneath this complex, as well as a nifty little plaza with colored water fountain as well as upscale restaurants and cafes :) Like Central Park in NYC, these towers sit amongst a wide expanse of greenery.
And this is me relaxing in the cafe /restaurant area after a day of meetings. Raw oysters and champagne!
