A few days off in the mountains is also absolutely necessary. Now we are in Bardonecchia, a few kilometers from Turin a pearl in the Alps, near the French border, more precisely we are on the Jafferau, a mountain at 2000 meters above sea level, overlooking the Susa valley. Wonderful walks in the woods, hiking, nature for unrivaled relaxation.

In general, this is a true paradise for skiers, with over 100 kilometers of artificially snow-covered tracks. In addition, for the lovers of evolutions, there is also an Olympic half pipe, a snow park and a boardercross. The ski area of Bardonecchia completes 17 kilometers of cross-country ski runs and 10 kilometers of snowshoe or snowshoe tracks.

A holiday resort for those who want to enjoy Bardonecchia both in summer and winter is the center of Gleise, near the important ski area of the Jafferau mountain; Its particular location makes it very sunny.
Gleise is also one of the most important hiking and trekking excursions on the mountain, including the Decauville trail that reaches the dam of Rochemolles and the Scarfiotti hut. Even mountain bike lovers in Gleise will find a variety of paths to follow with their two wheels. Lastly, remember the Grange Horres, about 1,700 meters high on Mount Jafferau, very close to the slopes. Here, too, the views are breathtaking and there are so many houses restructured and transformed into luxury summer residences...

bye bye...
