Zombie Fish - Goldstream Salmon Run

Each year hundreds of thousands of salmon, mostly Chum (Oncorhynchus keta) swim the many kilometers up Goldstream River from Saanich Inlet to there spawning grounds. Coho Salmon and tout can be seen as well during the run.

Goldstream is a beautiful park and an excellent place to take the family to view the salmon run and other wildlife in the area attracted by the spawning fish.

These event typically happens between late October and into mid November.

Where do you find this fish?....
