Good day to you! And welcome to Travel Tuesdays! Today we'll be exploring one of the greatest waterfalls in the world, Niagara Falls!
American Falls
The Niagara Falls are three ginormous waterfalls right on the border between the United States (New York State) and Canada (Province of Ontario).
I've been to Niagara Falls twice, once when I was 10 or 11, and once as an adult. The falls are about a 7-hour drive from my home city, but since my family used to drive to New Jersey nearly every year, it was kinda-sorta on the way and we stopped by a couple of times.

The second time we went, I had just gotten a new (my first) digital camera, and I decided to try to take extra interesting photos. One thing about travel photography is that there's usually one ideal spot or angle to take a picture of any given location, so everyone takes photos there and everyone's pictures look basically the same. The two photos above are examples of this. In the photos below, I tried to find different perspectives. Enjoy!

Here's peeking at the Falls through the foliage on Goat Island, that separates American Falls from Horseshoe Falls.

And here's my picture from the overlook.
Here you can see Horseshoe Falls facing itself.
I remember watching a bird dive down here through the air into the pit of the falls. I was awestruck just thinking about the experience that bird was having, racing the roaring water down the cliff, cloaked in mist, free and unafraid.
