Phutthamonthon is an important Buddhist Park on a very large area, in Nakhon Pathom province, which is not far from Bangkok.
It’s a center for organizing Buddhist activities and also used for various traditional activities as well.
There are Buddhist sculptures all over the park.
The highlight of the park is the large and great Buddha statue in walking posture, named “Phra Sri Sakya Thosapalayan”, which a lot of people come to pay homage to.
There are many beautiful buildings in the park and this one looks the most outstanding from a far distance…
In addition to being an important Buddhist park, Phutthamonthon is also a large public park and a very good place for relaxing because the area is beautifully designed with many kinds of trees in small and large sizes.
