It's really amazing to witness how beautiful the Philippines is. Our country is so blessed for having so many scenic views and vacation spots. No wonder we're one of the TOP visited countries in the World.

These places that I'd like to share probably are the most talked about, most tempting and most breathtaking places you'll get to experience when you visit our county this summer.

SIARGAO ISLANDS . Tourists can take their pick among the island’s attractions. But I will be introducing the The surfing capital of the Philippines.

~ One of the well-known surfing waves on Siargao and the Philippines is called "Cloud 9". Surfers enjoy big, beautiful waves. It will be fulfilling if you can try it by yourself also. September/October marks the start of surfing season in Siargao, a domestic and international surfing competition sponsored by the provincial government of Surigao del Norte.

SOCORRO . This small, lone island in the east of Surigao del Norte is decorated with majestic turquoise waters and pale white beaches. Also called Bucas Grande Island, Socorro is tiny with more or less 20,000 inhabitants. It’s a travel destination only a few know about. But for those who do, they say that Socorro cannot be equated to the likes of Boracay or El Nido combined.

~ After enjoying the beautiful waves , you may also wanted to visit Bucas Grande island, which is located in the town of Socorro it can be reached via a boat from Dapa port in Siargao. It might be trickky for you 'cause there are limited boats, there are private boats but it's quite expensive. The best spot in Bucas Grande Island is the "Sohoton Cave or the Stingless Jellyfish Sanctuary". You’ll be captivated by the calm water, which beautifully glistens with its emerald/cyan green hue. The water is very clear too. There are two caves that you can visit, the other one is the " Magkukuob Cave". This is here you do the cliff diving.

ENCHANTED RIVER . You can find it in Hinatuan Surigao del Sur. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hinatuan_Enchanted_River)

Just how enchanting the river is. The water is so clear that the riverbed is visible and appears in different shades: aquamarine in the shallow areas, blue in the slightly deeper parts, and dark blue in the real deep sections. The water is so clear that one could see the colorful fishes There's a huge fish surface every 12 noon and 3 p.m. You can take a dip in the river’s cool waters or join a cruise.

TINUY AN FALLS . Next stop is to Philippines "Little Niagara. It is one of the major attraction in Bislig Surigao del Sur. It is a multi-tiered waterfalls featuring a curtain-life drop on its middle tier. It is approximately 55m high and 100m wide. The 55- m high fallsc reate white curtains of water reminiscent of the Niagara’s. You can also take a ride on a bamboo raft so you'll be able to see it up close. If you don't mind being soaked, you can also pass thought the gushing water. Theys aid the best time to dop by is during summer, ideally between 9 and 11 a.m. (when you’re more likely to be greeted by a rainbow beaming across its walls).

And Last but not the least is WAKAT SEA BREEZE RESORT . Summer is coming. nobody wants to leave behind summer adventures, beaches, and warm weather. And speaking of Beaches let me suggest the fabulous retreat to Maldives. Yes you heard me right, you can taste the sweet of Maldives by not leaving the Philippines. You can visit it at Wakat Sea Breeze Resort in Tandag Surigao del Sur. Aside from its Maldivian feel and terrific swimming opportunities, the resort also serves fresh and mouthwatering seafood delights. Isn't it amazing?
