'Main Train Station 1'
No idea why but train stations always make me feel like I am travelling somewhere far away. There is this exquisite vibe that every train station in the world has. It is similar to the airport but not the same at all. I have a way more experience travelling by plane than by train and it is probably what makes it way stronger. Like something from the past.
Commuting by train, rather than taking long voyages is the thing of our time. So, I really have no idea where the feeling comes from. Some old movies, where the train is so important? Could easily be so.
I took my time to look around the place. Didn't find many people. Probably summers are the busiest part of the year. This colourful pastry shop, installed in such an old building, looks like it just flew in from the future. It is more likely that the main building arrived from the past. :D
Am I right, or am I right? :) The beauty of architecture was a big thing back in the day. Today, its all about costs and whys. In the old days, the building also had to look, not only serve a purpose. I'll always support that direction.

The first thing that catches your eye is the architecture of the station. He looks impressive. I like old and well-groomed buildings with columns and separate elements in the form of statues. Zaista zeljeznicka stanica ili kolodvor :) izgleda lijepo i toplo. Moj dojam je takav zbog arhitekture iz proslih vjekova. Zato volim Evropu, svaki veci grad je kao muzej. Takodje me obuzme neki osjecaj uzbudjenja kada pomislim na voznju vozom. Al u masti imam one ruske vozove iz doba Tolstoja i Dostojevskog. Enterijer cjelokupan mora biti autentican :). Na Balkanu smunjam da cu imati to iskustvo al u Rusiji za sigurno. To je vec odavno na mojoj listi zelja.

Trainstations for me is just a happiness, i would rather say free happiness.
I was very fond of watching trains when i was a kid, and we use to railway station every Friday night to watch the trains.
One thing i would love mention here, AS you all know Muslims Celebrates Event Of EID.
On the day of Eid, They run A special small trains for kids,we can't travel it, but we just can see it,
It is full of decoration, lightening all around,

@velimir, you just gave me a brilliant idea. I am forever looking for new things to photograph. In our beautiful country, South Africa, so much is going to seed. I think I will make a point of capturing train stations in the near future. We had all the beautiful architecture, but in the current state of our country, sadly, maintenance is the last thing on our government's mind. I have to go and capture, now, before it is too late!

Hi! in my opinoin old buildings of rail way stations are always remind us about past days. They are like witnesses of our emotions and destinies. And in each country rail way station's buildings are original and reflect the spirit of the country. In my homeland, they can be both modern and wooden. And sometimes the photography and architecture of old buildings is more fascinating than the modern buildings of the stations.
