A bear is a symbol of Telsiai, the capital of Lithuania's Samogitian enthographic region in the west of the country.
In recent years this town has become a popular local tourist destination with its beautifully restored town centre, fun street art created by students and resort-like atmosphere with the nearby lake beckoning for a swim.
The locals here still use their Samogitian dialect when going about their daily life, which many visitors from other parts of Lithuania find it difficult to understand :-) Visit Telsiai, enjoy your life!
