I was especially interested in the Galerie de Paléontologie...being alive among so many skeletons has something exhilarating. When you enter that space you might experience some kind of "end of the world" feeling... animals waiting in line to get on board of Noah's ark and as the waiting list is too long they all died before entering... The last time that I've visited was about 25 years ago...and they haven't moved a bit.

Another reason to visit was this incredible skeleton of the 67-million-year old female Tyrannosaurus Rex exposed in a special show. It was discovered in Montana only in 2013 and measures 41ft long and 13ft high. Unfortunately she was squeezed into a small space and with people all around it was impossible to take decent pictures...I tried anyhow.
