Palawan is a series of islands in the Philippines, and it is one of the country's most popular tourist destinations. With white sandy coasts, thick jungles, rocky cliffs, and pure blue sea, the area has some of the country's best beaches.

The capital of Palawan province is Puerto Princesa, which is also home to the Subterranean River National Park, which features towering karst formations and an underground river.

El Nido, a little hamlet nestled between towering limestone karsts and the idyllic Bacuit archipelago, is one of Palawan's most popular tourist destinations. Clear waters, sandy islets, and fantastic snorkeling locations are all found here. For great diving, come to Coron Island, where you'll find a lot of WWII shipwrecks and a lot of electric blue water.

Bohol

Because it contains everything from natural beauty to wildlife to historical and cultural monuments, the island of Bohol in the Visayas area is one of the greatest destinations to visit for a first time Philippines trip. The Chocolate Hills near Carmen, a geological wonder with hundreds of dome-like formations scattered over the countryside, are the most well-known site in Bohol. In the dry season, the vegetation covering the hills becomes brown, giving them the appearance of chocolate kisses. When the sun's rays light up the hills at dawn, they're very beautiful.
You'll want to visit the beautiful Tarsiers that live in this area if you're a nature enthusiast. With large orange eyes and tiny fingers, they're the world's tiniest monkey, and you can see them up close at a primate sanctuary in Bohol.

Bohol, of course, has a plethora of water-based activities. You may spend days snorkeling and diving to your heart's content off the Panglao and Pamalican islands, which have dozens of beautiful beaches and nearby marine sanctuaries. You can visit Hinagdanan Cave or take a boat ride along the Loboc River to witness waterfalls. A boat trip to Balicasag is another option for seeing wild turtles and colorful coral. There are also a variety of historical monuments and Spanish colonial architecture to explore if you become weary of all the natural wonders.

Boracay

A famous stop on any Philippines vacation, Boracay is in the west Visayas region... and for good reason. With dozens of smooth white sandy beaches and bright blue sea, it's a fantastic beach and water sports destination. Scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, kayaking, and other activities are available. Boracay is also known for its lively nightlife scene if you like to party.

Head to Puka Shell Beach for the greatest beaches, where you'll find beautiful shells. Cagban Beach is a great place to start, with caverns nearby that are said to be full with riches! There's also White Beach in the center of the island, which provides great views of the island and is close to a number of places to shop, eat, and party. Take a day excursion to Mount Luho, Boracay's highest peak, if you're bored of all the beautiful beaches.

Surigao del Norte

Head to Surigao del Norte in Mindanao's Caraga region for surfing, swimming, and peace and quiet. There are some great surfing spots as well as some lovely islands and lagoons to visit.
Siargao is one of the most beautiful islands in the Philippines, with beautiful waterfalls, distinctive rock formations, and surfing waves. The best surfing place on the island is the Cloud 9 break, but there are plenty of other amazing spots all throughout the island. You may also snorkel in the coral lagoons, relax on the white sandy beaches, and eat the best seafood if you don't want to surf. You can also visit the stunning Sohoton Caves in Bucas Grande. Take a day trip to Guyam Island, which is a beautiful island.

You can go to Surigao del Sur if you still have time if you have time. You may visit a quieter lagoon with stingless jellyfish and pristine islands in around a four-hour journey. The Tinuy-an Falls, which is 95 meters wide and cascades down three beautiful tiers, is also worth a visit.
