It's time for another Travel Tunes Tuesday, a project created by @nomadicsoul where we share some of the music we've heard while traveling or that we listen to while traveling. Read the original post here.

Let's get to it.

1. O' Sifuni Mungu

So some of you may have sang this in high school choir, I know I did. But it was actually one of my favorites from all 4 years of choir. It took the old hymn, All Creatures of Our God and King, and put an African spin on it with Swahili lyrics. Not sure sure who did that because most of the people you ever see sing this song are mostly white and according to a questionably reliable source, some of the Swahili isn't so good in it. So it's a bit hard to believe it was actually an African person who arranged this song, but hey, it's really catchy and makes you want get out to Africa right away.

2. Scy by Shockline

Produced by a German duo, this song is never far from me when I travel. I love listening to it because it gives me all the right travel vibes. One particular spot I remember specifically searching for it to play in my headphones was on a bus headed to Wellington, New Zealand. Great song for those travel days spent watching nature go by out the window.

3. Coffee and Cigarettes by Jimmy Eat World

This is an awesome road trip song, although I don't condone the consumption of cigarettes. It's a bit of a coming of age song about the freedom to just go after finishing school not knowing what you're doing or having much money. Jimmy Eat World is one of my favorite bands so many of their songs are great road trippers for me.
