Many trees have nice Bark patterns. This Eucalyptus Tree is no exception. 
This tree sheds its Bark on some sections of the trunk, which reveals a very silvery-white sapwood underneath, but some bark is retained on some other parts. This creates a beautiful looking pattern on the trunk of the tree.
I remember mucking around as a kid peeling off the bark and looking for huntsmans and the such. Found a scorpion one day and I was ecstatic. I kept him in a tank till mum found out.

Lil' rascal ! I remember at my Dad's farm i went up to a grain silo and opened the small slide on the side. Grain came pouring out so fast i could'nt close the slider again, so i ran off. I guess the Cockies had a good feed that day !
