The Pentagon and Director of National Intelligence release a report on UFO sightings every year. The sightings are then investigated by multiple agencies.
During that press briefing, the head of the AARO did acknowledge that there were 21 reports over the last year and a half that he can't explain. The agency added that all 21 happened near national security sites, were recorded on video, and had multiple eyewitnesses.
