Bringing Back The Retro

Hi, good day co Steemit. I will share to you my articles about good days of the past and as you can see there is still spark in bringing back the retro or the vintage culture that once capture our desire and attention. I know you have heard of classical songs and even just the songs from 70's the 80's and the 90's. Well to tell you frankly and i will not be shy of saying that i'm proud of being from the batch of the 80's, the generation of the new wave where the hit songs then from established singers Madonna, Spandau Ballet, Aha, Duran Duran, Cindy Lauper, Fra Lippo Lipi and the likes were astonishing to behold. Those are the days of good memories and good melodies and rhythm. Well i know there is difference in taste in music and entertainment for every generation, i will not argue with that however i'm proud to say that until now you can hear this hits of the past still playing in our new multimedia devices such as radio, television and our new mobile device and gadgets.

Here in Manila for instance, i was astonished when i heard the craze for this music hit and dance step that was revived by the new group sensation fruitcake called "Whoops Kiri". They become a new theme of the new generation, every place that i went, there is a nostalgic atmosphere of that good music and from oldies to the yuppies, they adore such entertainment of that song, i even saw a toddler who dance and can relate to the song. There is a special thing that inspire us and the new generation to bring and revive the hits of the past we treasure and will be passed on and share to the youth that will become a successor of building a harmonious society in the world we live in.

It's a fact that such vintage things or creation are very valuable if they are well preserved as you can see in many establishment, the value of this things from the past were even much expensive than the newly merchandise. Why? i think because of it's value of being unique and also become part of such history, it adds zest on being an original item. In the fashion and entertainment you can see clothes and accessories that are being used today were also the one's used in the past era. You will be amazed how the fashion designers of today incorporate such retro so that the new trend in clothing will look good and comfortable to those wearing such apparel.

If we see this flashback from the past, you even wonder if such time machine have been used to bring back the hits back then such as, music, dance, automobile, bike, clothes and even such appearances. You can't help but wonder the magic that makes the past so lovable and cared even through this time. Yes we are at that time so simple, we don't have yet this computer, android thing, tablets, cellphones and cool gadgets however we are content at that time and are blessed that we really applaud such belonging and until now the new generations even used it for their entertainment and recreation. What a wonder to behold the good things from the past. As i borrow this popular post which said "We are the last generation who played in the streets, we are the first who played video games, the last to record songs off the radio on a cassette tape, we walked over a mile with no worries on being taken, we learned to program the VCR before any one else, we played from atari to nintendo, we are the generations of Tom and Jerry, Looney Toons and Captain Kangaroo. We travelled in cars then without seatbelts or air-bags. lived without cellphones or tablets. And at that time we did not have flat screens, those LCD and LED alike, we don't boast of that surround sound and 3D for viewing and listening. We are not hook up at that time with such facebook, twitter, Linked,Yahoo and even Bubblews, there no social network at that time because it has not been invented yet but nevertheless we had great time back then". The experience of a life time cannot be taken from us and shall be passed on the enjoyment of the new generation. It's really worth remembering the past. How time flies.
