On Saturday we woke up at 3 am, ate some pancakes and at 4 o’clock we started driving from Slovenia to Germany . We stopped a few times at gas stations, but otherwise we drove for a total of 14 hours that day. After we arrived at Salzgitter in the north of Germany we went on a 2 hour walk. We stopped at a restaurant where we ate sausage with curry and drank coke. On the way back it started pouring. We were lucky that a guy told us to come under his garage roof. He also told us that it hasn’t rained since March - lucky us!
On Sunday we woke up at 7.30 am and had breakfast at 8 am. We continued our trip at 9 am. We drove for 8 hours before we got to Koge in Denmark. There we ate at a pizza restaurant.
We also went to the city centre where there is one of the oldest harbours in Denmark.
That night we were staying at a hostel with shared bathrooms. I didn’t sleep very well because it was really hot and humid since Denmark is having a heat wave. It felt almost like Texas.
I Hope you liked the post.

Almost felt like Texas? The daily highs in Denmark are ranging from 80 to 84 F. Here in Houston, Texas the highs are 93-96 F!!!! That's almost like winter in Houston!
