i just joined steemit is true that what ever the money we earn from posts wont be able to cash out till two years ??

    No its not true, you can take steem and steem dollars out right away. Your steem power however takes one payment per week for thirteen weeks to withdraw. However keeping your steem power allows you to make more money.
