Basics About A Triangular Prism:
Faces: There are five faces of a triangular prism. Two faces are triangular planar and the rest of the three faces are rectangles.
Edges: An edge is the meeting line of two faces. A triangular prism got nine edges. .
Vertices: A vertex is a point where two or more edges meet. A triangular prism got six vertices.
Normally kids start to learn about a triangular prism in 2nd grade math (just introduction to it as a three dimensional shape). In grade 7 and 8 students start to learn about how to draw the net of a triangular prism. Then how to find its surface area and volume.
