A Snapdragon.
I had them blooming on my balcony last year. I used to call them puppy faces when I was a kid - when you press gently the sides of the flower it will open its mouth :)

Very cool and trippy! My grandparents had them in the garden and I used to play with those flowers, ruining their garden ...
