Nicely said but in reality it's in human nature to dwell. And it doesn't hurt to look back from time to time to reflect and learn from the past. Just make sure you don't go in circles and get stuck.

But it's always good to read this motivation posts to remind yourself to go forward and enjoy life because it fly's forward at full speed.
