TRON announced a strategic cooperation with Spacety, a commercial space company which aims to be SpaceX in China. In the future, the two sides will work closely together to explore the technology and application of integrating blockchain with the micro-satellites.
So, I was thinking what could both bring Tron and Spacety together and most plausible to me would be satellite backed execution of blockchain apps (and payment of course).
I’d like to discuss these possible use-cases, given it is a satellite-based cooperation:
**– Independent from the Internet, creating a fully satellite backed “new internet”
– Similar to GPS it would allow communication where classic internet isn’t available
– Applications executed straight on mainnet through “lightspeed” **
It would fit with Justin’s vision of a “new internet” and teaming with a space company, so my guess it is at least one of the above, if not all them.
