Justin Sun announces 1 billion Tron burn!

Tron's total issuance is 100 billion, so the proportion of Tron burn is 1%. Contrary to the airdrop example mentioned above, the value of Tron Coin is expected to increase as the market supply decreases.

However, this burn amount is significantly less than the 10% expected to be burned in the existing market. Why did you make this decision?
