Tropical Storm Harvey, Update 6 from RayJ

Here is a brief update of the storm conditions in Crosby, Texas (Northeast Houston area). I am humbled by the amount of people using their boats and vehicles to rescue people. My area is handling the storm well so far but much of the Houston area is not doing well at all. Here is the link:
