Being a part of moral excellence, patience has value.IMG_0237.JPG

Patience is the fruit that falls from trouble trees. It tastes very sour at first. Only with repeated contact with trouble do you acquire a taste for it.

From a life learning and personal growth perspective, it seems logical that experiencing trouble is indeed good for you!

It still tastes sour to me, so I expect at least a few more plates of trouble tree fruit.

Impatience grows in individuals who are accustomed to being in control. Often these people have enablers nearby to satisfy their need for instant gratification.

Parents please take note... allowing children to wait is a good introduction to a healthy moral understanding. Yes, it will be sour to them, but patience is learned better early in life.

I know an old woman who has been surrounded by enablers her entire life. She now must endure the sour fruit of trouble trees that seem to sprout quickly around old people.

The point is to embrace trouble. It is good for you.

I would rather be surrounded by people who provide for me and care for me, but alas... this is not my reality.

Here is today's beauty.

Very good post and Beautiful Photo. Upvoted and Resteemed.

I have been an extraordinarily impatient person for most of my life. With effort, I have managed to become at least less so. I helps me to practice meditation and deep breathing, as well as prayer/ surrendering to All that Is. I think it's quite accurate to describe it as a very sour fruit at first. May we all ripen gradually in this area..!
