Karahindiba çiçeği ; bahar gelince papatyalara eşlik eden baharı müjdeleyen çiçek.
Daha önceleri ismini bilmiyordum Buz devri animasyonunda seed'in sayesinde ismini öğrendiğim papatyagillerden olan çiçek meger ne kadar çok faydaliymis.

En çok sindirim sistemini duzenlemek için kullanilirmis. Hazırlanan bitki çayına kökleri dé ilave edilince etki biraz daha artar bütün vücudu temizleyici bir görev oynarmış.
Strese iyi gelip sakinlik vererek dolaylı yoldan kalbi korurmuş. Egzema dan siile cilt hastaliklarinin tedavisinde kullanilirmis. Bünyesinde birçok vitamin bulunduran karahindiba salata olarak da sofraları süslermis:))
Sarının en sarı tonundaki bu güzelim çiçeğe neden kara demişler ben de onu merak ettim şimdi..
