Well, This is one step closer to the end of the petro dollar, and the end of the dollar being the world reserve currency.
It takes time, some believed that the collapse should of already taken place, some think 2017-2018.
How long they can prop this up remains to be seen. I think it will happen when and how "THEY" want it to happen.
Maybe, just maybe it will happen sooner rather than later and trump will be blamed.

I'm of the mind that it won't be an abrupt transition, just more and more of the world's economy will settle outside of the dollar hegemony. Fade away instead of collapse.
